I am extremely passionate about the coaching aspect of personal training. Teaching not only the “how” to properly perform the designated movement, but understanding the “why” is important for unleashing client potential. Clients being able to live a full and functioning lifestyle is the ultimate goal.
My own personal journey began when I started to not be able to do the things I had always easily performed. I realized that by taking some accountability in my own health that my life surrounding me begin to drastically improve as well. Complete health involves so much more than picking up weights and putting them down, and I relish the opportunity to coach others on their respective journeys.
If you don’t find me at the gym sweating alongside my clients during a workout, I can be found listening to music on walks, binging and trying new food network recipes, or playing with all the dogs I can find.

Coaching and helping people has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Growing up playing ice hockey I learned early on that “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard” and I’ve brought that with me my whole life!
I’ve always thought of movement as medicine, and I love helping other people fall in love with movement in whatever way suits them best. Fitness is so much more than just crushing a work out, and I strive to help everyone around me fall in love with the process.
Outside of the gym you can find me on the ice, training my working dogs (Moose and Uzi), or out in the woods on a hike!

For the past 8 years, fitness has always been a major part of my life and 5 years ago I started my journey of trying to educate others on the joys of fitness. Working with people and trying to teach them the ins and outs of how the body moves and operates has always been a interest of mine, and what better way to get the message across than to be a personal trainer. Although my journey hasn't always been in a 1 on 1 setting, leading a team and showing them the proper way to work together to achieve a common goal has always been a passion of mine. I've always had success working with others and teaching them new skills that they might not have believed they could do. In my experience with fitness, everyone has the same ability and starts out on the same level. By using the tools given to them they can learn to achieve all kinds of goals. Outside of the gym I enjoy rafting, climbing, hiking or hanging out with my niece and nephew! By bringing an enthusiastic and light energy to the room, I hope everyone is able to see the fun side of fitness and bring their best everyday!!
